Landscape Photography From Eryri and Anglesey on Video No 216

Many photographers will use test cards to evaluate lens performance. As a landscape and outdoors photographer I prefer to use my pigsty! Here’s one with a recent acquisition, the Panasonic Leica 15mm f/1.7. And very happy with it, I am!

On a side note, I thought you might like to see how my RAW edit compares with a simultaneously captured in-camera JPEG.

I think it serves to illustrate why I’m not a huge fan of JPEGs. There is zero likelihood of a manufacturer design boffin coding up any in-camera processing algorithm which will output images even close to an interpretation of how I like to edit my RAW files šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘

Iā€™m often asked about the equipment I use.
