Details:
The Nant Cynnyd viewpoint is a popular pull-in on the road from Capel Curig to Beddgelert. But landscape photographers shouldn’t be put off by such a seemingly unadventurous location. It’s been established as a viewpoint for a reason. And in the right conditions you can get some great images from there.
It offers a sweeping vista all the way down the valley from Moel Berfedd across Llyn Gwynant down to Moel Hebog.
But it’s main attraction is being elevated enough and set back far enough to offer good perspectives on Yr Wyddfa.
That’s about it really. Easy to reach and park, get your camera out and have fun without any tedious hiking.
Well worth a stop-off in my opinion!
