On this landscape photography outing it was necessary to have a Plan B because I had originally intended to visit the mountains, only to find there was absolutely nothing to see. The cloud base was down around 400m. So by the time I had got back to the island, I decided to visit my local beach at St Cwyfan’s Church in the Sea. I’d been unable to check tide times in advance but was lucky to find that it was a low springtide which suited a particular image I had been after for some time.
The light and weather conditions were also quite favourable, and even though I didn’t have much time there I thought I would share it with you in this shorter than usual vlog. Hopefully still enjoyable despite its brevity!
I’m often asked about the equipment I use. You'll now find details of most of it on my: Gear Page.
So sorry, but the images from this video have now been archived. As they’re high resolution and large files, I do have to take them down after a few months in order to keep the site running smoothly.
I’m afraid that I only maintain images from the most recent 6 months or so videos in these vlog pages. Only “keepers” make my main Portfolio page.
