SAMPLE IMAGE LICENSING TERMS
Unlimited rights are granted to the licensing entity for any and all commercial and private uses. The license applies to online and off-line digital, as well as physical printed applications and reproduction in any commercial respect.
Any modifications pursuant to the requirement of the use case are allowed under this agreement.
The subject image is titled and known as, by the copyright holder: “MENAI BRIDGE SUNSET” created on 19th October 2018.
Single image license at standard ‘in perpetuity’ fee of: £TBA
The license may not be transferred to any alternative legal entity, either third party, subsidiary or parent.
Payment of the invoiced fee grants a standard license in perpetuity, but does not confer copyright or reseller rights. The owner reserves the right to grant any quantity of additional licenses under the same or varied terms at our sole discretion.
